# Disclaimer — Freally Unloop

*This is the canonical text. The About screen, the roster, the model card and the docs site quote it; edit it here, not in the places that quote it.*

**Artist, producer and genre names are used only to describe musical styles.** Freally Unloop arranges your own loop in the style of an artist, producer or genre, using general arrangement conventions — song forms, section lengths, where parts drop out, how transitions are made — researched from public sources and written down as numbers and rules. Freally Unloop and Havoc Software are **not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by** any artist, producer, label or rights holder named in the product or on this site. All names and trademarks belong to their owners. No likeness, logo, signature or artwork of any artist or producer is used anywhere.

**What the engine does.** Arrangements are produced by a deterministic, rule-based planner reading hand-authored performance models, and performed with classic signal processing. **There is no artificial intelligence or machine learning of any kind**, and nothing was trained on anybody's recordings, because nothing was trained at all.

**What it will never do.** Freally Unloop does not reproduce, imitate or recreate the arrangement of any specific song, and this is a deliberate, permanent design decision, not a current limitation. It does not write new music into your song; every sound in an arranged record comes from the audio you supplied or from transition effects Unloop synthesizes from scratch.

**Your material is your responsibility.** Unloop processes the loops and stems you give it. You are responsible for having the rights to use that material, including loops you received from other producers and any samples inside them.

**Provenance.** Every export can carry a receipt naming the model, mode, seed and edits that produced it, and hashes of the source files — a record that the arrangement was produced by Unloop from your inputs.
